Apple Blow Fizz
A mid-century take on a classic fizz using apple brandy instead of gin. Behold the
Apple Blow Fizz straight from the Old Mr. Boston De Luxe Official Bartender’s Guide.

APPLE BLOW FIZZ
White of 1 Egg
Juice 1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Apple Brandy (We used Laird’s Apple Jack)
Shake well with cracked ice (make sure to shake it hard to whip it real good). Strain into 8 oz. highball glass. Fill with carbonated water.
