Looking forward to seeing you all for a cocktail class celebrating the spring season with fresh bright flavors! We’ve put together a well rounded menu of original cocktail recipes we can’t wait to share with you!
Before we get shakin’, below is a shopping list of booze you will need for class. Home Bar Network will provide all the produce, homemade syrups, fresh squeezed juices, bar tools, syrups, ice, recipe cards, etc. We provide everything we need for class except the booze.
We’ve included links to several brands in the shopping list below. We highly recommend shopping at Total Wine Alpharetta or any larger liquor store in your area with a big selection. Please call/text if you have any questions. 678-438-1547

COCKTAIL CLASS START TIME: 6pm

SHOPPING LIST:
- 1 750ml bottle Blanco Tequila (recommended: Tequila Ocho Blanco or Cimarron Blanco)
- 1 750ml bottle Lillet Rosé
- 1 750ml bottle of your London Dry Gin (recommended: Roku, Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray)
- 1 750ml bottle of Luxardo Maraschino
- 1 750m bottle of your favorite vodka
- 1 750ml bottle of Cafe Borghetti (this is the key to the espresso martini. If you can’t find, let us know and we will bring one for you)
- 1 750 ml bottle of Wheated Whiskey (recommended: Makers, Weller or Larceny)
- 1 bottle of Mezcal (Bahnez and Del Maguey Vida are good budget options)
- 1 750ml bottle of Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liqueur
COCKTAIL MENU
- Death Avenue Cowboy
- Magic Word
- Piña Poblano Mezcal Marg
- Strawberry Rhubarb Sour
- HBN Espresso Martini
RECIPES:
DEATH AVENUE COWBOY
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila or Tanteo Jalapeño for a vegetal riff with a kick!
.75 oz Lillet Rose
.75 oz Lavender Syrup*
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish: Cracked Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients. Lightly spritz your coupe with absinthe. Strain drink into coupe. Garnish with cracked pepper.
*LAVENDER SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 TBS dried lavender flowers
DIRECTIONS: heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water until sugar is dissolved. Add lavender, simmer on low for 10 minutes. Turn off heat, cover and let it steep for 1 hour. Bottle and refrigerate up to 2-3 weeks.

ESPRESSO MARTINI
2 oz Vodka
.75 oz Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
2 oz Espresso
.25 oz Rich Turbinado Syrup
3-4 drops Maldon Salt Tincture
3 drops Cuebrew Coffee Bitters
3 Espresso Beans
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Double-strain into chilled Martini glass and drop in three Espresso beans.
