Here's a refreshing little number if you find yourself near a supermercado and can snag some Tamarind Nectar. We've got a great little store down the street from us called Supermercado Jalisco #6, where we go to find unique tropical fruits, juices, and chilis. A quick trip down the produce aisle inspired this cocktail!

JALISCO PUNCH

• 2 oz Blanco Tequila

• 3-4 Large Mango Slices

• 3/4 oz Agave Syrup

• 1/2 oz Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice

• 3/4 oz Coconut Water

• 1/2 oz Tamarind Nectar

• Top with Sparkling Water like Mineragua or Topo Chico

DIRECTIONS:⁣ Add Agave and Mango slices to your small shaker and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients except sparkling water to shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins Glass over new ice and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with Mint and Mango skin or slice.
