I don’t know about you, but we think this category could use some refining. Too often, dessert drinks found on menus are overly sweet and creamy gut bombs. Let’s fix that…
For this cocktail, we sought out to create a new type of treat incorporating boozy, sweet, bitter, creamy, and frothy elements for an after-dinner martini with SUPREME BALANCE.
Hard to beat the simplicity of an equal parts cocktail too…
JALISCO NIGHTCAP
1 oz Tequila Reposado
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Vespertino Tequila Crema
1 egg white
Freshly Grated Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain ice out and shake again in circular motion to whip the cocktail. Pour into chilled cocktail class and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
