This one’s for all you Gin lovers out there. Bright and refreshing, this is a perfect companion for a hot afternoon on the porch.
LATE SUMMER SWIZZLE
2 oz Dry Gin
.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 large Basil leaves muddled
Top with Prosecco
Directions: Muddle basil together with St. Germain. Add gin and grapefruit juice. Shake until well chilled. Strain over new ice in a collins glass. Top with Prosecco and use a barspoon to swizzle the ingredients together. Garnish with a sprig of Basil and Grapefruit wedge.
