HOME BAR NETWORK ORIGINAL RECIPE

We’re suckers for any Negroni-style cocktail, which is what I had in mind when I whipped up this bad mf. Equal parts, no frills, no fluff. Tequila, Amaro, Bitter Orange. Boom.

We used Demetrio Anejo, but any Anejo will do it. And if you can’t find the Tattersall just pop in some Campari.

CAPTAIN SHOOK
1 oz Anejo Tequila
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Tattersall Bitter Orange Liqueur
Orange Peel

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well-chilled and strain over one large rock in an Old Fashioned Glass. Garnish with orange peel.
