MARCH FEATURE: Liquid Craic
“What can we do with a drunken sailor, what can we do with a drunken sailor? What can we do with a drunken sailor, early in the mornin’?” Pour him a Liquid Craic! This version of an Espresso Martini swaps Irish Whiskey for Vodka and adds a hit of Hoodoo Chicory Liqueur and Dark Muscovado (a heavy molasses sugar from Mauritius) syrup for some delicious complexity. The next time you’re feeling a pint with the lads but you need a pick-me-up, look no further than a Liquid Craic! Sláinte!
PS – Craic is akin to a damn good time in Irish slang!
