Peach Basil Martini

Peach and basil make a beautiful flavor pairing. Being in Georgia, it’s hard to resist peach season – juicy, delectable, irresistible. We buy them by the crate! Here’s a delicious martini that anyone would fall in love with.
PEACH BASIL MARTINI
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 Whole Peach
5 Basil Leaves
*optional: If you like even more zing, muddle a slice of fresh ginger with your peach!
DIRECTIONS: Remove pit from peach, slice peach into chunks, place in glass and give it a good muddle. Add basil leaves and muddle again, gently. Add vodka, lemon juice and ginger liqueur. Add ice and shake vigorously until tins are extremely cold. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and ENJOY!
