Peppermint Mocha Martini!

Episode Two of our Holiday Cocktail Series 2022 reveals Cody’s favorite guilty pleasure, the Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks. We just had to make it into a martini for the holidays and oh boy, it’s delicious! Not time to count your calories here, just tim


2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
1/4 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Menthe
1 1/2 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso
1/2 oz Rich Turbinado Syrup*
1/2 oz Heavy Cream

DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to a shaker. Add ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass or coupe and garnish with freshly grated dark chocolate peppermint bark.

*Rich Turbinado Syrup: Add 1 cup Turbinado sugar and 1/2 cup filtered water to a pot. Bring to a low boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Bottle and refrigerate 3-4 weeks.
