Looking forward to seeing you all for a special cocktail class to celebrate Olivia’s birthday featuring fresh, bright springtime flavors! We’ve put together a well rounded menu of original cocktail recipes we can’t wait to share with you!
Before we get shakin’, below is a shopping list of booze you will need for class. Home Bar Network will provide all the produce, homemade syrups, fresh squeezed juices, bar tools, syrups, ice, recipe cards, etc. We provide everything we need for class except the booze.
We’ve included links to several brands in the shopping list below. We highly recommend shopping at Total Wine Alpharetta as we know for sure they carry everything below at a great price. Although, most larger liquor stores should carry all these bottles as well. Please call/text if you have any questions. 678-438-1547
COCKTAIL CLASS START TIME: TBD

- 1 750ml bottle of your Gin (recommended: Roku, Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray)
- 1 750ml bottle 100% Agave Reposado Tequila (recommended: La Gritona, Cimmaron, Herradura, etc)
- 1 750ml bottle of Ancho Reyes Chile Ancho Liqueur (dark red bottle)
- 1 750ml bottle of Mezcal (recommended: Del Maguey Vida or Banhez)
- 1 750ml bottle of Yellow Chartreuse or Genepy Des Alpes
- 1 750ml bottle of Aperol
- 1 750ml bottle of 100 Proof Rye (Rittenhouse or your favorite)
- 1 750ml bottle of Amaro (suggested: Meletti or Nonino)
- 1 bottle of Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
- Salted Cucumber Gimlet
- Sangre Sour
- Naked & Famous
- Great Bambino
SALTED CUCUMBER GIMLET
2 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 drops Maldon Salt Tincture
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
1.5 Reposado Tequila
.75 oz Ancho Reyes
.75 oz Beet Juice
.75 oz Thyme Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain and shake again without ice to whip the egg white. Strain into coupe. Garnish with sprig of thyme.
NAKED AND FAMOUS
1 oz Mezcal Joven
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Yellow Chartreuse or Genepy Des Alpes
1 oz Fresh Lime
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
2 oz Rittenhouse Rye
1/2 oz Amaro
1/2 oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
2-3 dash Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish with Orange Peel
Directions: Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass and garnish with flamed orange peel.
