HOME BAR NETWORK ORIGINAL RECIPE

Typically, a mezcal negroni would be made with Mezcal, Campari and Sweet Vermouth, but I like taking it a step further. This version features mezcal in place of gin and Amaro Lucano in place of Campari for added bitterness and body.

If you're looking for the best sweet vermouth, my go-to is always Carpano Antica. Poured over clear ice, it’s hard not to fall in love.

MEZCAL NEGRONI

  • 1 oz Espadin Mezcal (our go-to is Vida Mezcal)

  • 1 oz Amaro Lucano

  • 1 oz Carpano Antica

  • Stir ingredients with ice in a Mixing Glass until well-chilled and strain over a large block of new ice in an Old Fashioned Glass.

  • Garnish with a Lemon Peel.
