to pair perfectly with their Bibimbap Burger feature for Atlanta Burger Week!

Here's our brainchild - - so refreshing, so delicious and easy enough to make at home! You can find Plum Soju at most larger liquor stores or H Mart!



TAEKWONDAIQUIRI 



DIRECTIONS: 

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker.

  • Add ice and shake until well chilled.

  • Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.

GINGER CORDIAL:

  • Combine 1/2 cup fresh ginger juice with 1/2 cup white sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep up to 5 days in the fridge.
