This bartender favorite is one of the wildest sours out there, featuring an entire ounce of Angostura Bitters...wait, what?!

Yes, you read that right! A boozy mix of Rye, Angostura Bitters, lemon and Orgeat syrup create one of the most surprisingly balanced and delicious drinks there is. So bust out that bottle of bitters, pull the plastic dasher cap off, and let's go!

 

TRINIDAD SOUR 

  • 1 oz Angostura Bitters

  • .5 oz Rittenhouse Rye

  • 1 oz Orgeat

  • .75 oz Fresh Lemon

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  • Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.

  • Double-strain into chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass and enjoy!
