Here's a refreshing little number if you find yourself near a supermercado and can snag some Tamarind Nectar. We've got a great little store down the street from us called Supermercado Jalisco #6, where we go to find unique tropical fruits, juices, and chilis. A quick trip down the produce aisle inspired this cocktail!

JALISCO PUNCH 

  • 2oz Blanco Tequila ⁣

  • 3-4 Large Ripe Mango Slices ⁣(ataulfo or honey mango is the best)

  • .75oz Agave Syrup ⁣

  • .5oz Lime Juice ⁣

  • .75oz Coconut Water ⁣

  • .5oz Tamarind Nectar ⁣(you can find this at your local Mexican or Asian supermarket)

  • Mineragua (or club soda) ⁣

  • Add Agave and Mango slices to your small shaker and muddle.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients except Mineragua to shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled.

  • Strain into a Collins Glass over new ice and top with Mineragua or club soda.

  • Garnish with Mint and Mango slice.
