HOME BAR NETWORK’S SIGNATURE ROSÉ SANGRIA
2 bottles Rosé
6 oz Strawberries (halved or quartered if they’re HUGE)
6 oz Blackberries
6 oz Kiwi (wheels)
4-5 sprigs Fresh Basil
8 oz Lillet Rosé
8 oz Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice (strain out pulp and seeds)
8 oz Simple Syrup
24 oz Sparkling Water
This recipe yields close to 1 gallon.
Feel free to halve the measurements if you have a smaller container/pitcher.
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to your drink dispenser. (We have this one.)
Serve with fresh basil, kiwi, strawberry and blackberry garnish.
You can drink it right away or let infuse overnight for a deep strawberry red color and intense flavor.
Remember, sangria is more of an art than a science.
Taste as you go along, and feel free to edit the sweetness to your liking.
