HABANERO MARG
2 oz Tanteo Habanero
1 oz Fresh Lime
.75 oz Jalapeño-Infused Agave*
.5 oz OJ
Sal de Gusano or Tajin
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
Strain cocktail over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime dipped in Sal de Gusano (chili worm salt) for a warm hint of smoke or tajin for a brighter kick.
*Jalapeño-Infused Agave:
In a bottle of light agave syrup, add one whole diced jalapeño, free of seeds.
Allow to steep for an hour and taste, removing the pepper when you see fit.
