Here’s a crowd favorite from one of Cody’s happy hour menus and a great starting point for someone new to the wonderful world of mezcal. Easy to make, easy to drink, you’ll be in good trouble.

.75 oz Del Maguey Mezcal
.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
.75 oz Cassis or Raspberry Liqueur
.75 oz fresh lime juice
Garnished with a lime twist and @luxardousa cherry.
PRO-TIP:
Use an atomizer to kick it up a notch with a fiery absinthe spritz over the top of your cocktail. We love our atomizer from Piña Barware (Amazon link below)! Atomizers are a great way to express subtle flavor and aroma to a cocktail or as a way to coat the inside of a glass.
